One of NUNO’s renowned “Origami Pleats” series, “Tanabata” is hand-folded and permanently heat set. Then the peaks of the pleats are painstakingly slit, one-by-one, with a hot knife cutter to form a delicate latticework of shimmering movement. To add even more dramatic dimension, the scarf edges are shaded.
